This blog was originally created in the fall of 2009 to assist me in the planning stages and preparation of transitioning to a four year university in Washington, D.C. Years have passed, months have gone, seasons have come and reappeared, days have been counted and 2011 is here. Within just a few short weeks, I will find out which university I will be attending in the fall of this year. Oh how quickly time flies by.

What A Difference A (New) Year Makes!
It's been quite some time since my last entry. It was officially the start of 2010 and Spring semester had not even commenced. As of today, however, the spring semester of this year is roughly three weeks until its end. I have been a matriculate of Richland College since the start of the new year and I could not have made a better move! Richland is another college within the Dallas Community College District. Initially, the basis for my relocating to this school was its sheer location. However, this school has much more to offer than just ease of access. Richland College is a great transition or 'segue' school, especially in preparing for transferring to a university.
